Current product stage

All In Pieces is in an early production stage. Features, wording, infrastructure, and data structures may change as the app is improved. We may correct, curate, merge, hide, or remove records where needed to keep the service accurate, safe, and usable.

Accounts

Use accurate account details, keep your password secure, and do not impersonate another person or claim a handle you are not entitled to use. Account email is private account infrastructure; public identity is based on handle, display name, profile settings, country, and the attempt or leaderboard information you choose to publish.

Age

The app is not directed to children under 13. You must not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13. If local law requires parent or guardian consent for you to use online services, you may use the app only with that consent.

Your content

You keep ownership of puzzle attempts, notes, photos, profile details, team information, public display choices, and other content you submit. You give All In Pieces permission to host, process, store, display, and share that content as needed to operate the app and follow the visibility choices you make.

Content rules

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, offensive, private, rights-infringing, malicious, or harmful content. Do not upload photos you do not have permission to use. Do not publish another person's private information or try to show another participant's identity on friends-only or public views without the app's confirmation and display consent controls.

Rankings and puzzle records

Public rankings are community comparison features, not official event records or governing-body results. The app shows timing source, verification level, solve type, participant count, and public identity so users can understand the context of a result. Puzzle catalog information may be user-submitted, staff-curated, incomplete, or later corrected through duplicate merges and review.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, attack, scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, bypass visibility controls, automate abusive traffic, upload malicious files, misuse the contact form, harass users, or use the app in a way that harms the service or other people.

Moderation and staff action

Staff may remove or hide content, adjust catalog records, merge duplicate puzzles, review public attempts, restrict access, or disable accounts where needed to protect users, the service, legal compliance, or the integrity of public rankings.

No marketplace or brand affiliation

All In Pieces is a puzzle tracking service. Want to Puzzle saves are personal planning records, not shopping-cart items or purchase promises. Puzzle brand names, titles, SKUs, barcodes, and images are used for identification and do not imply sponsorship or affiliation. Amazon affiliate links are optional routes to Amazon; purchases, prices, sellers, stock, checkout, shipping, returns, and customer support remain with Amazon.

Ads and consent

The site may include the Google AdSense loader and ads.txt for review or future advertising. Ads can help support the service, but they do not change the rules for accounts, puzzle content, public attempts, public rankings, or acceptable use.

Google CMP consent messaging is planned for regions where it is required before serving personalized ads. Ads may not be available on every page, in every region, or for every user.

Supporter subscriptions

If Supporter billing is enabled, you may choose an optional recurring Supporter subscription. First-version plans are priced in USD at US$4.99 monthly or US$49 yearly. Supporter helps fund the project and removes display ads when ads are enabled. Core puzzle tracking, casual logs, photos, friends, teams, and leaderboard access stay available to the community regardless of Supporter status.

Checkout, payment methods, invoices, billing updates, and cancellation management are handled through Stripe-hosted pages. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically remove historical puzzle data. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing may be handled according to Stripe's processes and applicable law.

Service availability

We aim to keep the app reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. The app may be changed, paused, restricted, or unavailable during maintenance, testing, incidents, or deployment work.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All In Pieces is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost data, lost opportunity, inaccurate user-submitted content, unofficial ranking disputes, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by law.
